It is normally a maximum nine months in advance. The reason for this is because we have to wait for the governing bodies of each respective sport to determine their annual calendar.

If you want to book it more than nine months in advance, you run the risk of it clashing with a tournament and will therefore have to reschedule. No monies will be lost - you will have the choice of choosing another day.

Yes. As many stars can be booked as you like, as long as you are able to meet the fundraising target.
If you have a large company, or a large number of people wanting to participate, it is often a good idea to have more than one professional for the simple reason that the more professionals you have, the less the target will be per frame/leg.

Exhibitions can be booked with as little as a few days notice as long as the professional you want is available.

Exhibitions can generally be held on any day of the week, with the exception of christmas day.

Mixed-Sport Exhibitions are quite a popular choice for many companies and organisations due to the fact that they give their customers a wider veriety of sport to choose from.

There is no limit to the maximum number of players you can have, although we would recommend it be kept to a maximum of 4, except in cases where the number of participant demands more professionals.

We have no rules as to the minimum age. However, this must be checked at the venue where the event is being hosted. Some venues do not allow young children after certain times.

You can choose any time, as long as the duration of the exhibition does not exceed the maximum time allowed. Please enquire as each professional have different rules.
