  • What is the purpose of CharityExhibitions?
    • The purpose of CharityExhibitions is to raise funds for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People through interactive pool exhibitions.

  • Are CharityExhibitions legally allowed to fundraise?
    • Yes, we have permission and the full backing of Hearing Dogs for Deaf people to do so.

  • What happens to the money that gets raised?
    • For each and every event we do, 100% of funds raised are deposited into a Hearing Dogs for Deaf People account of which we have no access to.

  • How do we know that all the money collected at events gets banked with Hearing Dogs for Deaf people?
    • As a rule we always display the amount raised in our events section so that both the venue and Hearing Dogs for Deaf people can see the amount. In any cases of discrepancy, this will be spotted either by the fundraisers or the charity, and therefore investigated to the satisfaction of all parties.

The amount raised for every event and collection we do is reports on this website.

  • Why Hearing Dogs for Deaf People? Why not other charities?
    • We have chosen Hearing Dogs for Deaf people because of the very fact that our founder, Carl Morris, is profoundly deaf and benefits from a hearing dog called Ingle, given to him in 2003.

  • Can we book an event anywhere in the UK?
    • Yes you can - however, the fundraising targets will increase if you are based in Northern Ireland due to the increase in travel costs.

  • What happens if we have not raised enough by the time the event comes round?
    • You will have to settle the balance yourself as a deposit, but you may continue fundraising, and when the balance is raised, we will return your deposit back to you.
