- The £2,500 prize will be paid in British Sterling.
- Entries must be submitted via our English Counties Pool Challenge Form, which can be found here.
- The closing date for registering for the the Prize Draw is 30th June 2011.
- The closing date for donations to count towards your totals is 23:59 on 31st December 2011.
- Sport Exhibitions Ltd reserve the right to withdraw, or reduce, the first prize of £2,500 if under £21,500 has been raised and banked by the 31st August 2011.
- A deposit of £250.00 is required to secure the exhibition at your venue.
- Any shortfall below £1,000 will have to be met by the venue, but a further refundable deposit will allow you to fundraise the same amount into 2012 and therefore reclaim your deposit.
- Each venue must raise at least £1,000 by 31st December 2011.
- Participants must have a full postal address to participate.
- Participants must have a full valid e-mail address to participate.
- Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, or illegible, incomplete or altered entries will be disqualified.
- The winner(s) agree to have their photo(s) taken.
- It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name and photo will be used for publicity and promotional purposes and agree to allow Sport Exhibitions Ltd and/or Against Breast Cancer to use their name and photo for whatever reasons they see appropriate.
- Employees or family members of employees of Sport Exhibitions Limited or Against Breast Cancer or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members, are not eligible for entry into the competition.
- The draw will take place on a date to be announced by the organisers and the charity by the second week of September 2011.
- Notification of winning: The winners will be notified upon completion of the challenge.
- The winning name of the venue and county will be made available on www.charitypoolexhibitions.org
- In the event of a draw where two or more counties have raised the same amount, the prize will be split between those counties.
- You accept that £43,000 is the amount being raised through the 2011 English Counties Pool Challenge before costs have been taken into consideration.
- The promoter of the Prize Draw is Sport Exhibitions Ltd, 108 Weston Road, Meir, Stoke on Trent, ST3 6AL, registered company number 05556320.
- Sport Exhibitions Ltd is the promoter responsible for organising and running the English Counties Pool Challenge, with the agreement of the charity, Against Breast Cancer.
- The decision of the promoter is final.
