Corporate Clients
Does your company make regular donations to charity, yet also incur costs for team building exercises, staff parties, and seasonal functions?
‘CharityExhibitions’ Corporate Events aim to save companies unnecessary expenses by making it possible to combine these costs. Making a single donation to charity can mean that a company becomes eligible to arrange an event for employees or shareholders at no extra cost.
We feel that our unique idea allows charities to benefit directly, whilst companies and their employees are also rewarded in several ways.
Staff are treated to a distinctive interactive experience which can be incorporated into or implemented alongside almost any kind of team building exercise. Statistics show that over 75% of working adults participate in Snooker, Pool, or Darts on a regular basis. It has also been proven that team spirit is generally higher when employees share memorable experiences together.
Companies themselves could potentially benefit financially by combining the expense of charitable donations and staff functions. However, there are other ways in which companies can make ‘CharityExhibitions’ work for them. Potential business partners and clients can be invited to an function arranged through charitable donations, thereby improving business relations. Local press can also be informed, and in this way both the company and the charity will benefit from the added awareness that this publicity brings.
‘CharityExhibitions’ can also, on request, add to the experience by recording the whole event, and distributing commemorative DVDs to any number of participants.
Each event is flexible, and customized to suit our clients’ needs. There are many different options, and in order to make each exhibition as easy as possible to arrange, we invite corporate clients to complete our corporate questionnaire. This helps us to create the perfect event to meet almost any needs.
We aim to confirm details of every customized event, along with a step-by-step plan, within five working days on completion of the questionnaire. There is no obligation to proceed.
It is possible to learn more about the players and their fundraising targets, by using the drop-down menu below.

Including more than one star in an exhibition does not double the fundraising target. Companies donating a regular, set amount, may find it helpful to refer to our various corporate packages.
We attempt to make our events as customer oriented as possible. For this reason we actively encourage our clients to contact us with any feedback or questions.
