Carl ‘Houdini’ Morris is a gifted and charismatic pool player who by the time he was just 21 had already taken the World Championship title despite the fact that he is profoundly deaf as a result of childhood meningitis. Today he uses his undeniable skills on the pool table and his talent as a showman to thrill and amuse audiences up and down the country in order to raise money for Against Breast Cancer.
Carl’s spectacular four-hour exhibitions are a mix of world-class pool, trick shots, lively banter, audience participation and comedy (get him to tell you the joke about a rake, his wife, and the importance of sign language..!). Each exhibition is a unique entertainment that has the ability to draw enthusiastic crowds who talk about the experience for months afterwards.
There is no cost but we do ask for a minimum charity donation. Our donation levels can be found here.
